Patricia Paul

Attorney Patricia Paul received her juris doctorate (law degree) from Seattle University School of Law in 1998.  She received a post-graduate education at the JFK School of Government at Harvard University in 2005 in their Executive Leadership program, earning a certificate in "Innovations in Governance." 

​

Patricia is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.  She is also admitted to practice in the Nisqually Tribal Court (2008), Swinomish Tribal Court  (1996), Sauk-Suiattle Tribal Court (2000) and Grand Ronde Tribal Court (2015).

​

Patricia has served as a tribal judge pro tem for the Northwest Intertribal Court System and the Lummi Tribal Court. She is currently presiding as an appellate tribal judge for the Tribal Court of the Confederates Tribes of the Grand Ronde Community of Oregon.

Patricia lectures in three areas:

  • Cultural Resource Protection in the field of intellectual property

  • Federal Indian Law

  • Traditional Methods of Dispute Resolution
